I’m an ecologist who uses a combination of field studies, mathematical, and statistical models to address questions about the effects of predator diversity on ecosystem function, temporal variability in predation, and spatial patterns that arise from ecological interactions.

I mostly work in coral reefs, salt marshes, and freshwater rock pools. Other interests include meta-analysis methodology, disease ecology, the interactions of multiple stressors, and stock assessments/fisheries management.
